Students part of Girard High School’s Future Farmers of America (FFA) organization spent their off day at the Crawford County Fairgrounds on Monday, painting railings, cleaning up flowerbeds, straightening poles, and picking up sticks during Girard’s FFA Week celebration. Throughout the week, the students are planning to decorate the hallways, serve breakfast, sign up for their future, hold a game night, and, of course, drive their tractor to school. The community breakfast is scheduled to take place in the early morning of Wednesday, Feb. 18, in the Girard High School/Middle School cafeteria.
