PITTSBURG, Kan. — More than 180 participants from 14 area organizations gathered at the John Lance Arena on the Pittsburg State Campus for a Special Olympics Kansas (SOKS) basketball tournament. The day’s events included a cheerleading contest, individual skills contest, and a five team, five-v-five full-court tourney all made possible by young volunteers from PSU and local high schools.
