Southeast pitching posted two shutouts as the Lancers rolled past Oswego 15-0 and 11-0 Thursday in Three Rivers League baseball action in Cherokee.
Gannon Hobbs tossed a one-hitter in the opener, striking out six batters and walking three.
The Lancers (17-3) led 5-0 before scoring 10 runs in the fourth, the last nine after two were out. Garrett Burger and Hobbs both stroked two-run singles during the inning.
Solomon Scott scored three runs and had three hits for the Lancers. Tyler Warner, Brayden Brewer, Zayne Gabern and Burger all had two hits – one of them a double by Warner – and Brewer and Burger both drove in three runs.
Carter Buzard was the winning pitcher in the second game, holding the Indians hitless through three innings.
Brewer collected two hits and two runs batted in to pace the offense. Scott had two hits, giving him five for the twinbill, and Izaak Dickinson and Warner both drove in two runs.
